We're looking for an experienced & talented HRDirector, Operations to join our Human Resources team. Essential Functions: Oversight of all day-to-day HR operations Partner with the HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for employees Responsible for maintaining compliance as it relates to ACA, EEOC, FMLA, Labor Laws, Federal & State compliance Collaborate with Human Resources team on benefits strategy including open enrollment Partner directly with Elite SEMs benefits broker to develop a benefits package strategy Ownership and development of Elites Mentorship programs Oversight of 401(k) compliance, administration, & oversight of annual audit Direct strategy for other initiatives including wellness programs and benefits Partner directly with the HR teams vendors to ensure strong partnerships Deliver accurate and timely people analytics metrics & reporting to executive team Core Competencies: Organizing Can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information in a useful manner Compassion Genuinely cares about people; is concerned about their work and non-work problems; is available and ready to help; is sympathetic to the plight of others not as fortunate.
