We're looking for an experienced & talented HRDirector, Operations to join our Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate demonstrates expertise, savvy, sophistication and compassion in their day-to-day duties, while supervising and mentoring a team of bright and capable HR professionals. Owning benefits administration, people analytics and company compliance the opportunities for impact are everywhere. This role will partner closely with our companys digital marketing channel leaders, our Talent Acquisition leader, and will report to the SVP of Human Resources. Essential Functions: Oversight of all day-to-day HR operations Partner with the HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for employees Responsible for maintaining compliance as it relates to ACA, EEOC, FMLA, Labor Laws, Federal & State compliance Collaborate with Human Resources team on benefits strategy including open enrollment Partner directly with Elite SEMs benefits broker to develop a benefits package strategy Ownership and development of Elites Mentorship programs Oversight of 401(k) compliance, administration, & oversight of annual audit Direct strategy for other initiatives including wellness programs and benefits Partner directly with the HR teams vendors to ensure strong partnerships Deliver accurate and timely people analytics metrics & reporting to executive team Core Competencies: Organizing Can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information in a useful manner Compassion Genuinely cares about people; is concerned about their work and non-work problems; is available and ready to help; is sympathetic to the plight of others not as fortunate.
