SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTIONROLE The IT Strategy Program Management Office division of our client is seeking a temporary consultant for 12 months to provide Project Coordination support for Enterprise Applications within the Program Management office (PMO) portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Critical Key requirements Communicate action item status information to all team members Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately per PMO guidelines Research, collect and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements Assists ProjectProgram Managers with tracking and reporting of project status, resources and costs to ensure accuracy in reporting and to minimize project delays. CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS o A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project coordinator portfolio management and project support andor related work o Experience in Application Rationalization required o Experience with Enterprise Applications such as Time keeping, Document Management and Crew scheduling systems o Experience with ITIL processes o Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation o Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills o Strong organizational and time management skills o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines o Ability to manage rapidly and frequently changing priorities o Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management o Functional knowledge of project management methodology and tools o Advanced, high level proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Microsoft Project)
